• Greta Moody I have an interest in all Hodge/Hodges lines. My brick wall is my direct maternal 5th great grandmother: Catherine (Hodges) Williams. I am especially interested in researching Hodge(s) from: Georgia, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
• Deborah Talbot My interest in the Hodge family is through my paternal 2x GGF Ralph Hodge of Wendron, Cornwall; and through my maternal 5x GGF William Hodge of Wendron, Cornwall. I am trying to see if there is a common connection between these two families.
• Kevin Ireland My Hodges ancestors migrated from VA to Hart Co KY to Macoupin Co IL. We have gaps in our line, but believe we descend from Thomas Hodges (abt.1750-1808) and his wife Susannah (Bomar) Hodges (1762-aft.1808). I focus on AncestryDNA and Y-DNA research to try to confirm Hodges limes of descent.
• Adrian Hodge My interest is the Hodge family of South Devon, England. Brick wall Henry Hodge, cordwainer of Brixham, Devon, who died 1832. I have robust documentary and autosomal dna of his descendants, but no definite birth/baptism record.
• Bruce Mixon My second great grandmother Frances Hodges (abt. 1868-1938) was a Hodges who married a Mixon and I have heard this surname many times in my life. Her father Foreman Hodges (1837-1904) also founded my families native town of Hodgesville, Alabama.
• John Hodges My grandfather's brother did extensive genealogical research in the 1960s and 70s. He organized his notes and passed them along to several relatives. I've input much of that data to wikitree, and now hope to get beyond the last link, Thomas Hodges I (abt.1620-bef.1698), who apparently came to the US, Virginia, in 1634 from Scotland.
